1、 Overview of desulfurization flue gas baffle doors:
The double-layer louvered baffle damper for flue gas desulfurization is produced and manufactured with advanced foreign technology. The
desulfurization baffle damper is used on the inlet, outlet or bypass flue of the absorption tower in the flue gas desulfurization system, or in the flue gas
denitrification and flue gas dust removal system. The damper usually adopts a louvered double-layer baffle structure, and when closed, a seal is
introduced between the double-layer baffles to achieve the function of isolating and shutting off the flue gas.
2、 Performance characteristics of flue gas baffle:
1. Adopting a single axis driven double louver baffle structure, a sealing chamber is designed in the middle of the double-layer blades to introduce
sealing air. The sealing air above the flue gas pressure of 500Pa is passed into the baffle, forming a sealing air isolation layer between the double-layer
baffles to block the passage of flue gas flow.
2. The opening and closing time of the air door is ≤ 60S (can be selected according to user requirements).
3. The external design has a connecting rod mechanism to synchronize the opening or closing of several blades.
4. The design structure of the double louver baffle door is reasonable, with good blade rigidity and stable and reliable operation. The sealing types of
the louver baffle blades are elastic sealing and air sealing.
5. The double baffle is designed with a sealed air inlet valve installed. After the sealing air is introduced, the sealing efficiency of the baffle door is100%.
6. Driving method: pneumatic or electric.
7. The driving device is usually installed in a direct connection with the air door.
8. The electric device adopts electromechanical integrated products, with torque protection and limit devices, and can be remotely controlled for
operation. The electric device also has manual and electric switching functions for use during installation, debugging, and maintenance.

6、 Description of desulfurization baffle door:
1. Due to the presence of sulfur dioxide in the air duct, this damper is designed and manufactured using Q235 wrapped 316L material, which has the
characteristics of temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
2. In order to prevent deformation of the air door panel under high temperature conditions, reinforcement ribs are installed between the double-layer
panels. The thickness of the single-layer panel is 5mm, and the total thickness of the air door is 600mm. The damper shaft head, bearing shell, shaft sleeve, and shaft are made of several different high-temperature, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials.
3. The electric device is connected to the damper shaft as a whole, with no gap, and the air leakage rate is less than 0.1% when closed.
4. The electric device is equipped with a multifunctional limit device, and the switch is in place accurately and without errors.
