Scope of use of desulfurization flue gas baffle doors

    1、 The double-layer louvered baffle damper for flue gas desulfurization is produced and manufactured with advanced foreign technology. The desulfurization baffle damper is used on the inlet, outlet or bypass flue of the absorption tower in the flue gas desulfurization system, or in the flue gas denitrification and flue gas dust removal system. The damper usually adopts a louvered double-layer baffle structure, and when closed, a seal is introduced between the double-layer baffles to achieve the function of isolating and shutting off the flue gas. 2、 Performance characteristics of flue gas baffle: 1. It adopts a single axis driven double louver baffle structure, and a sealing chamber is designed in the middle of the double-layer blades to introduce sealing air. The sealing air above the flue gas pressure of 500Pa is passed into the baffle, forming a sealing air isolation layer between the double-layer baffles to block the passage of flue gas flow. 2. The opening and closing time of the air door is ≤ 60S (can be selected according to user requirements). 3. The external design has a connecting rod mechanism to synchronize the opening or closing of several blades. 4. The double louver baffle door has a reasonable design structure and good blade rigidity.

  The flue gas baffle door is an important equipment for entering and exiting the operation of the desulfurization device, which is divided into the main flue gas baffle (including the original flue gas baffle door and the clean flue gas baffle door) and the bypass flue gas baffle. Under normal operation of the desulfurization system, the flue gas coming out of the tail of the boiler electrostatic precipitator passes through the inlet baffle door of the FGD system to the booster fan, and then enters the absorption tower through the flue gas heat exchanger for cooling. The desulfurized flue gas is heated to around 80 ℃ by the flue gas heat exchanger and enters the chimney through the flue gas baffle door at the FGD outlet.

    The production process of the smoke baffle door product adopts CNC operation, with precise processing and matching. The width (W) or height (H) in the specifications of the smoke baffle door refer to the inner dimensions of the frame, while the thickness (D) refers to the length dimension between the two installation flange faces of the closed baffle door. The width (W), height (H), thickness (D) dimensions of the smoke baffle door can be designed according to user requirements. In the layout of the pipeline, the smoke baffle door should generally maintain the blade spindle in a horizontal position.

    Let's take a look at the specific design process requirements for flue gas baffle doors:

    1) Each baffle door component is designed to withstand changes in flue gas temperature from 80 ℃ to 200 ℃ without damage, adhesion, curling, or leakage. When the temperature exceeds 170 ℃, the FGD device is bypassed, and the operating time of the high-temperature flue gas (180 ℃) does not exceed 30 minutes. During this period, the baffle door can work normally. The design pressure of each baffle door component is+6000/-4000 Pa.

    2) Each baffle door and driving device are designed to withstand the corrosion of the environmental medium under the operating conditions.

    3) The smoke baffle door adopts double baffles, and the leakage rate does not exceed 1.0% under the condition of no sealed air and a pressure difference of 5000Pa. The operation of all baffles is flexible, reliable, and convenient for maintenance.

    4) All baffle doors are equipped with limit switches indicating full open or full closed. These limit switches are not limited by switches equipped with drive devices. Limit switches are installed at each end of the stroke and directly indicate the position of the board.

    5) The flue gas baffle door can be operated at the maximum pressure difference and closed tightly without bending or jamming. The baffle should be matched with the locking device in the fully open and fully closed positions. The design and position of the baffle in the flue should minimize the accumulation of dust or dust on the baffle plate.

    6) The smoke damper door has an open/close function. The speed of the electric actuator meets the operational requirements of the power plant and induced draft fan. The electrical actuator of the baffle door moves from fully open to fully closed in 75 seconds.

    7) The complete set of double panel door device provided includes all necessary seals and control components for the frame, double panel, electric actuator, and sealing system.

    8) The outlet baffle door of the clean flue gas adopts an electric double baffle. Due to the operating temperature of FGD outlet being only around 50 ℃, the seller has fully considered its anti-corrosion and material selection.

    9) The electric actuator is equipped with position positioning switches at both ends, rotating switches in both directions, accident handwheels, and mech anical interlocks for maintenance.

    10) The installation of the flue baffle door frame is a flange connection, which is tightly welded to the flue through bolt positioning.

    11) The baffle door is arranged as a horizontal spindle. The baffle shaft is made of appropriate steel and special attention should be paid to the design of the frame, shaft, and support to prevent dust from entering and deformation or degradation caused by high temperature.

    12) The shaft or baffle is lubricated with grease during operation.

    The FGD system is equipped with a bypass flue and a bypass baffle door inside. When the FGD system is repaired, maintained, or the flue gas condition is abnormal, the flue gas is directly discharged into the chimney through the bypass flue to ensure the safety of the desulfurization system. The isolation and connection between the power plant and the desulfurization island are achieved through the opening and closing of the flue gas baffle door in the flue gas system. The flue gas baffle door plays a crucial role in ensuring the normal and stable operation of the boiler and desulfurization system, as well as the safety of the system equipment.
