    Product features

    1. This product has a rectangular cross-section formed by a large arc transition at the edges and corners. The stress level of the corner crossing section is reduced, eliminating deformation dead corners and uniform deformation during online operation, thereby reducing the risk of regional high stress damage and extending the service life of the product.

    2. This product reduces the thrust of the pipeline system while maintaining overall stability and maintaining basic working stiffness conditions, improving the thermal compensation ability of the product and reducing the investment cost of flexible components in pipeline construction.

    3. Due to the adaptive changes in geometric shape, this product can reliably operate in a benign stress system under external tensile stress, compressive stress, and alternating stress, avoiding local stress risk zones. When working in gas atmospheres containing H2SO, CO, and H2, it effectively improves the deterioration trend of stress corrosion cracking (SEE) and corrosion fatigue fracture (CFF), and increases the allowable number of thermal cycles of the product without affecting its service life.

    4. When welding corrugated pipes in this product, the weld seam can be far away from the tangent point of the arc. When the length of one side of the rectangle is less than 2M, the weld seam can be reduced by one, and the misalignment of the weld seam is greatly reduced. The error between the cross-sectional shape of the corrugated pipe and the length of the corrugated package line at any position of the product is extremely small, resulting in a full and smooth surface for corrugated and bending forming. Conforming to the theoretical criterion of good maximum fatigue life of corrugated pipes.

    5. The corner of our product is reinforced with arc steel plate welding, and the interface is made of channel steel as structural components, enhancing the structural stiffness of the product. The overall product line is smooth and the appearance is beautiful.
