Three way coal powder expansion joint

    Applicable scope:

    Suitable for compensating for displacement in any direction of primary and tertiary air pipelines with coal powder+hot air gas-solid=phase fluid, flow rate of 15-30m/S, working temperature of 60-450 ℃, and phoenix pressure ≤ 500mmH2O.

    Suitable for pipeline systems with pressure ≤ 0.25Mpa and other solid dust and particles, where the thermal displacement of gas-solid two-phase fluids needs to be indicated.

    Performance characteristics:

    High temperature resistance, no powder leakage, no powder accumulation, and low displacement stiffness; Capable of absorbing displacement in any direction, with good flexibility to ensure smooth expansion of the boiler and piping system; Easy installation and maintenance, simple suspension, long service life, and low overall investment. Widely used in 100-600MW power generation units, it fundamentally solves the problem of coal powder leakage and ensures the normal and safe operation of the units.

    Material:

    The corrugated pipe is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and the connecting pipe is made of low-carbon alloy wear-resistant steel, which has good welding performance.
