Rotating compensator

Rotating compensator is a new type of compensator with large compensation capacity, no pressure thrust, and corrosion resistance. The compensation function is to form a rotating force couple through the rotating cylinder and its connecting pipeline (force arm), and compensate around the virtual rotation center by relying on the thermal expansion thrust of the pipelines at both ends of the compensator.

    Rotating compensator is a new type of compensator for thermal expansion compensation in thermal pipelines. The structure of a rotary compensator mainly consists of an integral sealing seat, a sealing gland, a large and small head, anti friction centering bearings, sealing materials, a rotating cylinder, and other components. When installed on a thermal pipeline, two or more pairs are required to form a relative rotation to absorb the thermal displacement of the pipeline, thereby reducing the stress on the pipeline.

After adopting this type of compensator, the spacing between fixed brackets increases. To avoid bending of the pipe section, guide brackets should be appropriately added. To reduce the frictional resistance of the pipe section during operation, rolling bearings should be installed on the sliding bracket.
