The benefits of non-metallic compensators
Non metallic compensators can not only effectively absorb pipeline expansion, but also effectively absorb pipeline vibration, and can be used forequipment interfaces that require vibration isolation. It has excellent flexibility, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance (-235 ℃~450 ℃), high pressure resistance (up to 32MPa), and can be connected in any direction in pipelines. Now it is mainly used for temperature compensation and vibration absorption, noise reduction, changing the direction of medium transportation, and eliminating mechanical displacement between pipelines or between pipelines and equipment. Non metallic compensators are particularly suitable for joints in various pumps and valves with flexible displacement and vibration. It can now perform axial, lateral, and angular compensation, with features such as no thrust, simplified support design, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, noise reduction and vibration reduction, and is particularly suitable for hot air and flue gas pipelines. If the non-metallic compensator burns through during operation, it should be dealt with promptly. For situations where the expansion joint is wide, the casting material cracks severely, and the time is short, ceramic fibers can be filled in the expansion joint and high-temperature hot plugging glue can be applied layer by layer. On the one hand, it can strengthen the bonding between ceramic fibers and expansion joints, and on the other hand, it can temporarily seal the cracked casting material and replace it after shutdown. In short, non-metallic compensators can compensate in multiple directions, which is much better than metal compensators that can only compensate in one direction. The selected fluoroplastics and organosilicon materials have good resistance to high temperature and corrosion. Overall, it is lightweight, structurally simple, and easy to install and maintain. Due to the inevitable system error during pipeline connection, installation errors can be better compensated. At present, there is a relatively complete production and installation system, and fiber compensators can ensure no leakage.
